(Stragistics) has stringent quality control systems and procedures to ensure customer expectations are understood and met with minimal defects. Utilizing customized checklist, and audit controls, Stragistics monitors and assess the overall project performance. Quality control visits are conducted by the Corporate Management team to ensure contract compliance. These visits promote opportunities to meet with the clients, contracting and other installation officers to ensure that we are meeting the customer’s needs and expectations as well as to encourage continuous improvement. Meeting goals and objectives;
Identifying deficiencies and improvement opportunities;
