President and CEO
Hughetta is a dedicated professional with over 24 years of experience in software development for transportation and supply chain. Her expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, and system design enables her to help clients achieve their goals.
Driven by a desire to provide more client-focused IT support, Hughetta took on the challenge of helping a company build its IT leadership and support teams. Since then, she has been fulfilling this mission by serving clients of all sizes in Memphis, the Mid-Atlantic region, Georgia, Kentucky, and Texas. Originally from Baltimore, Hughetta relocated Stragistics Technology's headquarters to Memphis in 1999 and has since helped businesses and government agencies meet their IT needs.
Hughetta holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Baltimore and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Committed to using her skills and knowledge to help her clients succeed, she is passionate about making a difference in the industry by filling the void she observed in IT support.
Stragistics reaches out to better the community it is headquartered in, and it does more than simply donate money. Hughetta Dudley, Stragistics President and CEO, actively participates on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Oral School for the Deaf (MOSD).
Education is one of Hughetta’s great personal values and supporting the education of deaf children is her way to give back to the community. This school insures that children are not limited by hearing loss.
MOSD is a member of OPTION, an international network of organizations with exceptional professionals providing listening and spoken language services to children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
